Support and setup guidance
- Create a Line: sign in with an invited account and name the workflow.
- Connect a destination: the operator approves its HTTPS hostname; enter the destination and signing secret in the authenticated dashboard.
- Send a test: use the dashboard test button. The event uses the same validation and quota path as other intake.
- Inspect the record: open the event to see validation, delivery status and attempts.
If delivery fails
Check the HTTP status, destination configuration and whether the Line is paused. After retry exhaustion, review the dead-lettered event before replaying. Replay can repeat actions downstream.
A website browser must never contain your Data-Line signing secret or API key. Connect its server, form service or an approved adapter instead. A direct browser-to-Data-Line form adapter is not included.
