Proposed first-payment guarantee

The proposed policy would refund the first paid subscription payment if the customer contacts the official support channel within 30 days of that payment because Data-Line is not a good fit.

This proposed guarantee is not in effect. It would apply only to the first subscription payment, not renewals, future usage overages, fraudulent or abusive use, or one-time setup work.

Proposed setup terms

Setup fees may be refunded before work begins. Once configuration or custom integration work has started, refunds depend on the amount of work completed. If Data-Line cannot deliver the agreed setup, the applicable setup fee will be refunded.
