Data-Line is operated by Arkosom LLC. The application is being prepared for private beta; configured services and runtime controls still require acceptance testing.

Authentication and separation

Managed sign-in is integrated with WorkOS AuthKit. The application checks organization membership and permissions on the server. MFA must be configured and verified with the provider before beta approval.

Integrity and routing

Signed requests, payload limits, encrypted configuration and delivery records are implemented. Payload hashes are checked before webhook delivery. Destinations are restricted to operator-approved HTTPS hosts.

Retention and AI

The Free tier uses seven-day event history. Scheduled deletion may follow expiry after processing and service recovery. AI processing and billing are disabled.

Incident response and reporting

Incident and recovery procedures are drafted. Operational exercises are still required. Use the general contact page for reporting inquiries; a dedicated security mailbox is not active. Do not send secrets or customer payloads in a report.
