Data-Line is operated by Arkosom LLC. Account identity, organization membership, event metadata and submitted data are used to receive and route events on customer instructions.

The private-beta configuration stores bounded payloads privately in D1. R2 is an optional storage backend that is not enabled. Destinations receive the payloads explicitly routed to them. No AI provider receives customer data.

Free-tier event records expire after seven days. Minimal security and audit metadata is retained for 90 days. Monthly usage totals and internal financial records are separate from payload history. Backup and financial-record retention need an approved policy before real customer use.

Legal basis, jurisdiction, rights-handling procedures and support contact remain subject to review. Proposed subprocessors.
